Demonstration On Female Labors' Outgoing Of Subei Rural

In the recent twenty years, the performance that china rural labors are floating from rural to city on a large scale has been focused by Chinese people .The transfer of rural labors Strongly affects the town planning and farmer's income-up. In the meantime, female labors as an independent group depart from homeland to be employed by city employee. They have become one of the most active labor forces in city and so as impact the china economy.By the analysis on the sample investigation data, this paper taking the female labor in rural as research object studied the female labor's outgoing of Subei rural carefully. On the base of statistical analysis in investigation data, this paper concluded that the outgoing females are mostly youth women. Unmarried female labors are more than married ones. Married outgoing women are mostly no school age child. Most female labors in Subei rural find job by friends' introduction and mainly float into the second and third industry in Sunan, shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou. Most of them have increased income, boarded insight and acquired knowledge.The conclusion above can be obtained by elementary analysis. This paper uses family deciding mode to build Logit model and demonstrates the conclusion above. Factors including age, marriage, education level, whether or not husband outgoing, child of school age and family's attitude are selected. Except marriage, other factors effect the outgoing of female labors obviously.This paper also explained the social and policy factor effect the transfer of female labors in Subei rural. This paper applied qualitative analysis method explaining the abstract factors such as policy, labor market and people's concept.Economy in Subei is lagging Sunan. Female labors in rural area get more income by area transfer. Many policies such as land transfer, family planning, registered permanent residence, social security and education restrict the outgoing of female labors in Subei rural. There are disadvantage factors in Labor market restricting the outgoing of female labor in Subei, such as asymmetry in employment information, lacking employment agency etc. Atr-last, this paper brought forward policies to advance the transfer of female labors from Subei to other developed area.
