| In recent years,with China’s declining fertility rate,the population problem has become more and more prominent.In order to encourage more childbirth,the government has promoted the “single two child” policy and the "universal two child" policy to alleviate a series of problems caused by low fertility rate.In the meantime,there is an inseparable relationship between the two children’s childbearing willingness and the actual behavior of having a child.Therefore,the influencing factors of women’s childbearing willingness can enrich a series of related researches such as population structure prediction and aging phenomenon in the future,so as to provide theoretical basis for the formulation of population policy in the future.Based on female civil servants at the grassroots level as the research object,this paper studies the childbearing willingness,which including the number of children and gender preference.Combining the previous literature with the relevant experience in work and life,the second child childbearing willingness of female civil servants in Zigong City are discussed.The factors that affect the fertility of the study subject are divided into two categories: external factors and internal factors.The external factors are divided into economic environment factors,policy environment factors,social environment factors and cultural environment factors.The internal factors are divided into age factors,family relations,occupation related and self-awareness.Conclusions can be drawn from the survey that the ideal number of children is basically one or two and no obvious preference for the gender.In the analysis of external factors influencing the number of children willing,most obvious effect is the economic factors.In the analysis results of internal factors influencing the number of children willing to have children,age,family relationship,occupation correlation and self-consciousness have obvious effects.Besides,the problems and influencing factors of the fertility intention are discussed,including the macro environment,industry environment and internal environment.Then,the influencing factors of fertility intention are explored.According to the conclusions,suggetions are put forward from the following three aspects:strengthening the implementation of fertility policy,improving social public services and alleviating female family pressure.It is hoped to solve the problem of low second child willingness rate and provide reference for the government to further implement the "universial two child" policy and enhance the second child bearing willingness of grassroots female civil servants. |
