Female Status In The Evolution Of Social Governance Model

The problem of women is being put forward in the modern development Before modernization, it exist the female issues but without female studies. Nowadays, female studies have gradual deepening, but female problem still persists, and women, under the long-standing restrictions, still do not achieve the independence.As a matter of fact, women’s situation is due to the long period of power-oriented and rule-oriented governance. The hierarchical and exchange relationship makes human beings adopt the power of oppression and competing ways to complete social development, so that women have to be enslaved, oppressed, and weakened in the agricultural and industrial society. However, post-industrial society needs to achieve a balance of cooperation in diverse interests, which is the service-oriented government model. The service-oriented government model will find a way to solve the problem of women in the era of the construction of ethical society and the deconstruction of rational world. Under the social reform movement, the balance of multiple interests will be achieved in the deconstruction of the "central-edge" social structure. Most importantly, with the spirit of pragmatism, the concept of "service", as the core connotation of service-oriented government model, will perceive reality through practice, play the independence and creativity of principal parts, utilize the cooperative partnership to experience communication and dialogue, head for the poetic style of true living, and finally actualize the transformation of female status, from oppression, subjection, to independence.Women’s concerns on social governance model transformation will make the core values of service-oriented government research becomes much clearer. Hence, through the qualitative research, that collects, arranges, analyzes and compares the relevant literature and data at home and abroad, we use the deductive methods to sort out the logic of the social governance model evolution, and apply the normative analysis to describe the being and ought-to-being state of women, pointing out the limitations of existing theory. Meanwhile, based on the theoretical background of feminism and public administration, we employ interdisciplinary method, combining analytical tools of philosophy, political science, sociology, anthropology, demography etc. Moreover, for the purpose of investigating the female status, from oppression, subjection, to independence, we conceive the female status in service-oriented government model under the perspective of social governance evolution, and implement gender predicament into the social-historical analysis and institutional construction. That is women’s declaratory confessions, accomplishing their social status transition in the new governance model.With the theoretical exploration of social governance model and the practical analysis of building service-oriented government, we found that the concept of service-oriented government and the pursuit of female value are highly fit. The claims for rights of women’s liberation will be realized in the service-oriented government model; at the same time, owing to the comprehensive liberation of men and women, theoretical and practical study of service-oriented government will have new development.
