With the rapid economic and social development,drug use has become one of the most serious social problems today.Among them,the problem of female drug use has become more prominent and deserves our great attention.At present,the number of female drug users in my country is increasing year by year,and the number of female drug users who have been ordered to accept drug treatment in the community has also increased sharply.Because women play an important role in society and families,the problem of female drug abuse will have a serious negative impact on society and their families.In addition,women and men have different degrees of physical and psychological differences.Compared with men,women have poorer control,faster addiction,stronger dependence,and more difficult to quit drug addiction.Therefore,we need Attach great importance to female drug rehabilitation groups in the community.The family is the cell of society and the basic unit of the organic whole of society.The family environment is one of the important environments for community drug rehabilitation personnel to participate.Bad family relationships are an important factor leading to drug abuse.At the same time,the quality of family relationships also affects the detoxification effects of drug addicts in the community,and bad family relationships will have a negative impact on the detoxification effects of drug addicts.Therefore,the author believes that it is necessary to use female community drug addicts as the main body of research,adjust their unhealthy family relationships,rebuild a warm,harmonious and inclusive family atmosphere for them,and promote them to make positive changes to further quit drug addiction and return to society.Under the guidance of the theories and techniques related to Satir’s family therapy model,this paper will carry out case intervention to adjust the bad family relationship of a female community drug abuser,so that she can regain her family support and improve herself.In the preparation stage of intervention,the author establishes a trust relationship with the client and his or her family,deeply understands the basic situation of the client,the problems in the family relationship and the needs of the client,analyzes and evaluates the causes of bad family relationship,and makes targeted intervention goals and plans.In the implementation stage of intervention,therapy methods such as iceberg metaphor,coping posture,meditation and family sculpture were used to guide the client and her family to find problems in themselves and their family relationship,break the existing communication mode and family rules,establish consistent communication,and rebuild a healthy and positive family interaction relationship for her.Based on the use of Satir’s family therapy model to carry out case treatment,and the evaluation and analysis of the practical process,the conclusion of this study is that the client’s needs to improve family relations have been basically met,and the goal of case intervention has been achieved;using Satir The family therapy model is effective in improving their family relationships by carrying out case-by-case interventions for female drug addicts in the community.At the same time,I recognize that there are still some shortcomings in the research of this article,but I hope that this research can make an effective supplement to the case intervention study of adjusting the family relationship of female drug addicts in the community,and to study the localized development of Satir’s family therapy model.Provide useful references.
