Agricultural structural adjustment is the key approach to increase farmer's income and agriculture product, as well as to develop the country economic and solve the "Sannong" problem. According the current situation in China, agricultural structure needs to be adjusted basing on the market rule, but the temporal and spatial trends of the market factors are not clearly known. In this thesis, the temporal trend was analyzed by fluctuation coefficient, and the spatial difference in the integrated price of agricultural product was evaluated using grey evaluation with trigonal whitenization weight function. In addition, the spatial difference of the agriculture product price was evaluated using dynamic clustering method Furthermore, the author took the rice and the pork as cases to analyze the spatial difference of the cost and the consume and the advantage yield as well as the market. Finally, the author put forward some suggests for the agricultural structural adjustment of Jiangsu province. The main results are as follows:1. The temporal trend of agricultural product price. There were no fluctuation cycles of the foodstuff and the feedstuff, the fluctuation intensity was weakly in the production regions. In Jiangsu province, non-putrescible vegetable showed the obvious fluctuation cycle with weakly fluctuation intensity. Putrescible vegetable showed obvious seasonal variation with stronger fluctuation intensity. The fluctuation trends of different produces were similar in the same region.2. The spatial distribution difference in the agricultural integrated price. The spatial difference of the agricultural product integrated price of all the provinces in China was evaluated seasonally using grey evaluation with trigonal whitenization weight function, resulting in four distinctive regions: the highest, higher, middle, the lowest regions. The distinct spatial difference was found among the four regions. The price in littoral in southeast of China was higher than that in the northwest. The price in east region was higher than that in the west region. The price in big city was higher than that in the middle and small city. The price in Yangtze delta plain was highperpetually. The regions of low price always were founded in the northwest and the middle of China. Among the four season (Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winner) , the price in summer was the highest.3. The spatial difference in vegetable price was found between cities with different economic level and between the east, west, south and north of China. The economic level was in direct proportion to the price of vegetable and in inverse proportion to fluctuation coefficient. The fluctuation coefficient decreased from the north to the south, but increased from the east to the west. The price correlation in short distance: was more obvious than that in long distance, which was to say, the distance was shorter, and the chance of the price was more sensitively.4. The spatial difference in agricultural price. With the dynamic clustering method, the agricultural price of all the provinces in China could be divided into six regions. Then the author took the rice and the pork as cases and analyzed the spatial difference of the cost and the consume and the advantage yield as well as the advantage market.5. According to the price advantage, the author identified the advantage agriculture product and the potential markets through analyzing the regional character and the present problem of Jiangsu. Finally, some suggestions on agricultural structural adjustment were put forward for Jiangsu province.
