Comment On The Thought Of Management Psychology Of The Confucianists,Taoists,Legalists And Military Strategists Of Pre-Qin Period

This present paper mainly focuses on the comparison among Chinese traditional managerial psychology thoughts in Pre-Qin Period. It includes the following four sections. Section one is to raise the question concerning this research, which means why the author conducts this research; section two is about a brief comment on the Chinese traditional managerial psychology thoughts in Pre-Qin Period; Section three probes the managerial psychology thoughts of Pre-Qin Period of China have analysized and concluded under the applying of modernized enterprise Chinese traditional managerial psychology thoughts in Pre-Qin Period; In the last section, the author poses some re- thoughts on the significance of Chinese traditional managerial psychology thoughts.
