It is the difficulty offinish such researching. But such researching way is advisable and necessary. Fromthe psychology point of view, the process of judges' trailing is the psychologymovement process of judges. So such researching makes sense both on theory andpractice. Through the analyzing on every phases of judges' trialing, the author points outthe necessary psychology diathesis of judges. Then, the author posts the all kinds ofperceive psychology tendency in the process of judges' trailing. The author alsoanalyzes the society circumstances' infection on the judges. The author points out thatit is must a long and rough process to consummate the trailing psychology of Chinesejudges. The intention of this thesis is to appeal to the Chinese legislation and judicialdepartments to attach importance to Chinese judges' trailing psychology, restrain ortransform the blight psychology factors on judges' trailing and build a good societyand judicial condition for the judges. The author use theory and demonstration analyzing way in the process ofresearching. The author analyzes the cause of formation of Chinese judges' trailingaccording with the researching fruit of personality psychology, recognitionpsychology and social psychology. The author also puts forward much advice toconsummate Chinese judges' trailing psychology. This thesis's science fruit is limited. But the way which the author uses thetheories of the personality psychology, recognition psychology and social psychologyto analyze the psychology of Chinese judges' trailing is novel. It provides basic theoryframe for the further researching and have definite consulting value. On the author's opinion, the value of recent and past science thesis of thisresearch area is limited and lack of integrality, for most of them haven't used theintegral theories of psychology. This is the most distinct difference between this thesisand them. So the author also put forward the opinions that if we want get theremarkable advancement on the research of judges' trailing psychology, we must fromthe basic, normative and systemic psychology theory.
