Destination Marketing System (DMS), which is different with these website models of the past travel informationization and e-commerce, demonstrates the strong regional and comprehensive characteristic. Jumping out technological visual angle range, this article regards DMS as an organization system that can integrate these relevant elements of destination tourist industry by applying Internet technology. We can consider this organization system as an "industrial cluster" formed in cyberspace which is composed of the most elements of destination tourist industry.Based on this understanding, this paper studied DMS from the visual angle of regional industrial integration. Firstly, we introduced the research background and visual angle, and explained the train of thought, method, meaning and innovation points of our research. Secondly, the concept, composition, characteristic of DMS and its development in China were introduced in section two. Then, in the third section, we probed into the domestic and foreign mechanism by which the form of DMS in China is droved from the macroscopic aspect. Using the idea of industrial cluster, we carried on the theoretical explanation on integration model of DMS from the micro aspect, analyzed cooperation network in DMS and these similarities and differences between DMS and industrial cluster, and discussed the forming progress route of the integration model in section four. In section five, the paper analyzed the whole competitive advantage which DMS might bring to the tourist industry in the destination in the level of theory. Next to these, based on the model of cluster we made a case study of integration function of Dalian's tourist DMS and did the conceptual design of the whole function frame when we thought the question how to put it into practice in Shijiazhuang. In the end, we briefly summed up our ideas in this paper.
