Commerce economy is the important component of national economy, and commercial enterprise is the collecting and distributing center of information such as goods, consumption, distribution, transport and so on. With the development and popularization of the network technology, intellectual economy and informatics times that takes computer, communication , network and multi-medium technology as the means is the historic opportunity, which will make the commerce enterprise realize its informnization and the modernization. It is indicate definitely in the development plan in our country that the modernizations of commercial corporations should be accelerated. However, the reforming process of the commercial corporations in our country goes slowly.In the network era, the right of customer has increased unprecedentedly, and the competition in the market gets fiercer and fiercer. The commercial corporations must draw support from CRM system in order to carry out the enterprise operation mechanism that focuses on customers and to meet the individual demand of customers. At the same time, in the research field of CRM theory or the development of CRM system, there are few CRM systems that aim at real estate industry. Therefore, research on Customer Relation Management (CRM) & its Application of commerce corporations is necessary.Firstly, Studies on CRM at home and abroad are reviewed and the concept of CRM and its basic theories are introduced concisely in the thesis. Then, the characteristics and the status quo of management in commerce corporations are discussed. Based on the development of commerce corporations in China, it points out that the researching into CRM in commerce corporations is essential and feasible. Moreover, the difficulties that occur in the application of CRM in commerce corporations are analyzed particularly in the thesis. At last, the article lays emphasis on the approach and the thought of CRM in commerce corporations on the condition of commerce corporations practice, and analyzes the changes of corporations that caused by implement CRM.
