The seventh part verifies all above analysis by illustrating the reform of ShiJiaZhuang HongGuang Group.There are some initiative points in this thesis. Firstly, according to the conclusion on present organization theories and the analysis on the specialty of middle and small-sized enterprises, this thesis sets up a new organization model made up of several relative elements for middle and small-sized enterprises.
