In China many enterprises have been prone to the traditional market model, which is multi-step from manufacturer to general-franchiser to sub-dealer to tailor to consumer. As well as the competence heated more and more companies world like to shorten the course of selling and even directly supply products to tailors, which means flattened market channel. Under this kind of market model, it becomes more emphasized how to build sale logistics to distribute products to customer efficiently and less-cost.First part of this paper analyzes the status of market channel and develop trend in enterprise. Then present some important concepts and difference between traditional logistics and modern logistics. Secondly the writer introduces market channel and sale logistics model of H. corp. particularly. The principal part of this paper is recombining the sale logistics model for H. corp. in direction of modern logistics theory. The important content is making layout including structure building, distribution center building, transportation and information system building. Many methods, such like index-smoothly-moving and synthesis evaluation, are taken to resolve the location of distribution center and logistics demand forecast. Last part evaluates the program from benefit and service index and bring out that modern logistics model could increase operating management and enforce core competence fore enterprise.
