A Study On The Developing Layout Of New And High Technology Industrial Development Zones

The developing layout of new and high technology industrial development zones(the following is shortened as NHZ) is of strategic significance to the construction and development of NHZ. The new and high technology industry is so unique in developing conditions that the developing layout of NHZ is of the same characteristics, in other words, the existence and development of it has an unique environment. This thesis studies the law of the developing layout of NHZ from the two views of theory and demonstrations, and the structure of it is as follows:The thesis is made up of five chapters. The first chapter is the guiding theory, which expatiates the basic problems to educe the main text. The second chapter discusses the theory of the developing layout of NHZ. It analyses the theoretical basis of the developing layout, the principle and mechanism of the layout and the basic content of layout plannning, especially it pays attention to such macroscopical location factors as the extent of the intellect denseness, the technological conditions of exploitation, the risk capital, the perfect infrastructure, the advantageous production and life environment, the policy advantages and the favorable social and cultural environment. The third chapter examples the famous high-tech industrial belt and high-tech industrial parks to learn from their succeeded experience. The fourth chapter is the analysis and appraisement of the current situations of the developing layout of NHZ, which tries to find out the existing problems. As to the existing problems, the last chapter puts forward the constructive layout project and the countermeasures which are suitable for our country.
