The Present Existing Problems And Countermeasures Of Peasant's Income In Our Country

Through the analysis on the problems of peasant's income in recent years,this paper has presented existing stern situations of peasant's income, andsystematically analyzed various factors affected peasant's income from threepoints including macroscopics, microcosmics and theory, thus presented thethinking and countermeasures of increasing peasant's income. The paper reckons that present increase situation of peasant's income issevere. Peasant's income increasing slowly not only cause the incomedifferences of town and city residents to expand, also restrict consumptiondemand and market expansion, which has become the bottleneck of nationaleconomic development at present. The core of "three countryside " is theproblem of peasant. However, the core of peasant problem is the problem ofincome. If the problem can't be solved well, it will directly relate strategictarget of whole construction for comfortably-off society. At present, peasant's incomes increase slowly, which are the resultsmutually acted by historical and realistic factors. Expounded frommacroscopic respect, there are many reasons decided the difficulty of peasant'sincome growth, i.e. peasant's nature and constraint of town and city dualityeconomic structure, also under the condition of market economy the outsidefactors affecting peasant's production and management increase. Expoundedfrom microcosmic respect, agricultural structure is unreasonable; degree ofagricultural orgnization-nization is low; transformation of surplus work forceis difficult, and short of financial support, unreasonable burden is too heavy,peasant's own quality is low, government lacks achievement, which are thereasons caused villages and peasants basically in basic need state. Analyzedfrom theory, the resource natural ability of people more and land less in 48 ——countryside, asymmetry of information causes market risk to exist. Thelaborers engaged in agricultural production possess low quality. So it causeshuman capital to be restricted. The feature of agricultural industry formsindustrial hollow. These factors affect and constraint the increase of peasant'sincome. On Seeing that peasant's income is faced with formidable situation, andmeanwhile also it should be seen that the increase of peasant's income willface a new developing opportunity and developing phase in the future. From"On Several Political Opinions Ensuring Peasant's Income to Increase" issuedby the Party Central Committee and the State Council to series ofcorresponding policies and measures put into effect, which manifests that theParty and our country have regarded promotion of increasing peasant's incomeproblem as important content of plan as a whole for town and city economyand social development, highly valued, and actively create conditions.Therefore, we should seize the current opportunity, adopt measures, andpromote increase of peasant's income in a thousand and one ways.
