County region economy is the open and characteristic regional economy, which comprehensively arranges the economic and social resources in the region of county-level. To develop county region economy according to local conditions, take advantage of the initiative and creativity of county-level to develop economy, cultivate compared advantages in county region have important meaning for nation-wide regional economic division to be formed and developed, and for national economy. Study the strategy of economic growth in developing county region, can play the part of theoretical guidance to our country in establishing developing strategy scientifically. At the same time, it is also helpful for each county region and various places to change the station of blindness in strategic establishment, and can be effective to develop the county regional economy, to realize the magnificent goal of constructing the society with comfortable standard of living overall as soon as possible. At the same time, on the problem of cultivating and extending increasing space of developing area county region economic, this paper has put forward some methods to carry economic market, adjust economic structure and the town and country structure, optimize investment climate, and promote the innovation of science and technology.
