Research And Development On Economic Evaluatoin System Of Urban Rail Transit Investment Project

Following the constant promotion of the urbanization process, the urban rail transit investment project is favored more and more by people, and the importance of its economic evaluation is outstanding day by day. Starting with the origin of the general investment project economic evaluation theory, this thesis introduces its development course and the latest achievements about this theory, and describes the general investment project economic evaluation principles and methods. In the need of urban rail transit investment project and its software, and combining with the characteristics of the urban rail transit investment project, it puts forward the methods and parameters that should be adopted in its economic evaluation, including financial evaluation, national economic evaluation, uncertainty analysis and the choosing of the main appraisal index, and analyses the arithmetic of basic data, middle data and other data in all the report forms in details. Especially, it expounds the depreciation of fixed assets, the division and calculation of cost, the loan and its repayment with interest, and so on. According to the methods of urban rail transit investment project economic evaluation, making the best use of VBA and Excel to treat with numbers, the author has developed an intact and practical software system of urban rail transit investment project economic evaluation (abbreviated as URTEES). The thesis presents the choice of development tools, function demands, performance demands, outline designing and test analysis. At last, it summarizes the method characteristics of urban rail transit investment project economic evaluation and the advantages of URTEES. Taking the No. 3 line of some city as an example, it analyses the case using URTEES, and as the appendix.
