Build A Well-Off Society In An All-Round Way In FuJian Mountainous Rural Areas

BUILD A WELL-OFF SOCIETY IN AN ALL-ROUND WAY IN FUJIAN MOUNTAINOUS RURAL AREASSocial development in the mountainous rural areas in Fujian is the process of continuous going forward, and it experienced the following different stages, people's lives escape from poverty to having adequate food and clothing, then to leading a well-off life on the whole, and even to building a well-off society in an all-round way. Now, most mountain rural areas in our province are building a well-off society in an all-round way.Building a well-off society in an all-round way is a systematic engineering, it needs to synthesize many influent factors, among which the economic level and material life are key factors. The population quality, spiritual life and living environment are important too.The method used in this thesis combined theoretical analysis and policy study, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, normal analysis and position analysis, typical model investigation and comparative analysis. Based on the current status, the process and the level are concluded, the factors and problems influenced the process are analyzed.The author holds that the key measures to build a well-off society in an all-round way in mountainous rural areas in our province are increasing farmers' income, accelerating agricultural industrialization, promoting rural urbanization and transferring surplus rural labor.According to the present conditions, the author proposes the following nine measures of building a well-off society in anall-round way in Fujian mountainous rural areas.Speed up infrastructure construction and improve the farmer's working and living conditions.Carry on the restructuring of agriculture, accelerate the industrialized operation of agriculture and increase the income of farmers.Develop the rural industry, boost private economy, speed up the county economy.Accelerate the development of the tertiary industry include tourism and service sector, completely promote the mountainous area economy.Develop the small towns, speed up and raise the level of urbanization.Speed up education, science and technology business and culture development, completely improve the farmers' quality.Optimize the farmers' consumption structure, improve rural medical conditions, establish the social security system, enhance the fanners' life quality and improve the level of health.Protect the mountainous ecosystem, push the whole society onto a path to sustainable development.Enhance the political civilization development, build a new type well-off society in an all-round way in mountainous rural areas.
