Research On Precision Poverty Alleviation In Rural Areas Of China Under The Goal Of Overall Well-off Society

Since the reform and opening-up,China has experienced extensive poverty alleviation,such as emergency relief,centralized joint-stock,poverty alleviation and development,relief by work and flooding irrigation,and has made outstanding achievements that attract worldwide attention.At the present stage,the socialist society with Chinese characteristics ushered in a new era.It is a decisive period to build a well-off society in an all-round way.The dawn of victory in the battle to fight against poverty has emerged.Therefore,it is of vital importance and significance to change the extensive poverty alleviation model to the refined and precise poverty alleviation model.Based on the in-depth study of the poverty theories of Western scholars,Marx and the Communist Party of China,this paper analyses the development process of poverty alleviation in China,clarifies the internal logic of precise poverty alleviation and building a well-off society in an all-round way,summarizes the achievements of precise poverty alleviation in rural China under the background of a well-off society in an all-round way,combs the problems existing in precise poverty alleviation in rural China,and analyses the problems existing.The main reasons,and put forward their own opinions and suggestions,hoping to provide a positive reference for the relevant departments to formulate policies.Specifically,on the government side,it is necessary to clarify the leading position of the government in precise poverty alleviation,formulate scientific poverty alleviation goals,improve the construction of poverty alleviation teams and strengthen the supervision of poverty alleviation funds;on the rural poor households,it is necessary to strengthen the ideological guidance of farmers,build up their confidence in poverty alleviation,increase the intensity of poverty alleviation education,and vigorously publicize the effectiveness of poverty alleviation;on the social strength,it is necessary to improve the Organizations should participate in precise poverty alleviation laws and regulations,and social organizations themselves should strengthen their capacity-building;in the market,they should improve market-oriented poverty alleviation laws and regulations,build market-oriented poverty alleviation mechanism,pay attention to protecting the interests of the special poor groups,and establish and improve long-term mechanism of precise poverty alleviation to prevent the occurrence of poverty return.
