A Study Of EU's Sovereignty

After several centuries, takes on different forms. From developing European Union, the trend of Sovereignty lies in two sides: the sovereign exercitation rights are not the highest in member countries and some part of sovereign exercitation rights can be turned over. Then the author uses the theory of sovereign exercitation rights and sovereigh proprietary rights to analyze this problem. It is said that because the sovereignty is turned over to some extent, the EU has attainted sovereigh proprietary rights, In addition, the constitution of Europe, the nature of EU, European citizen and the mechanism of EU all concern sovereignty. There are some same and different points between EU and "one country, two systems". The question of EU will enrich the theory connotation of "one country ,two systems" and help treat the sovereignty of "two banks and three places".
