Study On The Problems Of State Sovereignty In The Process Of European Integration

The theory of state sovereignty originated in Europe, was enriched and developed in the process of European modernization. Especially, Europe always experimented, explored and practiced the theory of state sovereignty in the process European integration. All of these have great influence on international politics.European integration began from 1950s, it is a great invention that different countries firstly tended to integrate from spontaneous to aware behavior in human history. At present, EU is the highest developing degree of economic integration in this world, and it is playing an important role in international politics and economic relations. Internal organizations of EU are similar to state sovereignty, which are carrying out the power of sovereignty belonging to the state in the past. The sovereignty of EU derive from the transferring and transition of member states, due to this transferring and transition is sustainable and firm, so the power of EU is always stable, like member states.Not only did Europe contribute to the theory of state sovereignty in the process of development, but also it begins to surpass the Westphalia System which was constructed by itself at the gate of history. At the basis of transferring partial sovereignty, Europe starts to common governance and forms a kind of complex regional integration and network between the innovating states and society through the multilateralism cooperation that depend on common governance of state.Every step of European integration has become the trying field of international politics and economy at great degree, it also has had great influence on traditional theories of international relations. Every small step is likely to mean a big step of the world. We study the relationship between European integration and state sovereignty at the background of globalization, not only can we master the comparative integrated developing track, but also we can forecast the developing trend of sovereignty theory. Europe met with some difficulties in the process of deepening and widening integration. Many difficulties directly inflect the dilemmas of the view of traditional sovereignty, these dilemmas is global at the background of globalization. We strictly study real dilemmas of EU, which is beneficial for keeping up state sovereignty of China, developing oneself and realizing the great recovery of china.
