Cooperation In Governance: The Study On The Relation Between Nonprofit Organization And Government In Our Country

China is facing the transition of the public management mode and the governance structure. The government and a series of public behavior subjects bear the responsibility for its public transaction management together by way of pluralism. Among them, the nonprofit organization (simplification NPO ) is regarded as one of the subjects , playing an more and more important role, the mutual cooperation between nonprofit organizations and government has the signification for forming a good governance structure.but in changing china,As a result of some subjective and objective conditions,the classification of the relations between the society and the government is illegible, " the government choice model" controls nonprofit organizations, to nonprofit organizations themselves, " their own validity is absenf'.These cause inequal relation between the strong government and the weak society,that is to say ,the control and the controlled. This inequal cooperative relation has encroached on the body of modern democratic society.Therefore, This article suggest that,on one hand the government should promote nonprofit organizations to move towards cooperating with it from top to bottom,on the other hand nonprofit organizations should even be promoted from bottom to top, and strengthen their ability , get the qualification with government's equal cooperation , thus contribute to the development of the democratic politics of our country.
