Comparative Analysis And Strategy Study On The Digital Divide In China

Before we complete the first modernization , our country has launched the second modernization. The superposition of the two modernizations makes our country into a very complicated situation. On this background, With the abroad application of modern information technology whose core is the computer and network, Digital Gap appears. The fall of information and the compartmentation of knowledge which Digital Divide brings will become the difficult problem which we should face up to in the new century. And the problem solved or not will directly affect whether our country could realize the flying development in the 21st century, therefore, we should take the corresponding measures to solve the problem and realize the flying development in the century.In this paper, I analyses the connotation, the actualities, the causes, the effects and the probability to solve of Digital Divide.
