| Xiao Langdi reservoir area is a rising tourist attraction, where tourism is commencing just now. The destination is located the Mingzhu island, where ectourism is regarded as management object. Environmental conservation as the foundational work of ecotourism is determined by it's protective characteristic. Therefore suitability of tourism project and layout is discussed in this paper.Based on field investigation and analysis, with the help of GIS, AHP, clustering analysis and landscape pattern analysis, tourism resources assessment, zoning, suitability analysis of tourism projection and layout, tourism project planning and landscape regulation have been completed.The paper has finished tourism resources informatization, zoning based on ecological sensitivity analysis and landscape planning and regulation. Three zones are divided on land, mass recreation area, forest background area, forbidding area. Taihang wild garden, forest bathing place are planned to increase landscape diversity. Scientific methods are applied in plan and blindness in plan can be avoided in this paper, which has great value in theory and practice.
