The Design Of Optimixing Grazing Machine System Of Tignge Corporation

Under the production requirement of Tiange corporation this task planned two schemes about selecting model, organizing into groups and optimizing machine equipments and valuing, analyzing them for user .The research is based on the production situation and make the economy situation and nature resource as the restrict factors using the systems engineering method and idea.First, the paper analyzed the current situation of production and natural resources of Tiange Corporation selecting the rotate crops and planed the five areas rotating table and whole year working procedure of first year. Basing on the production aim and main crops drew the farming phases drawing. Because Tiange corporation has no machines and great dimension we used exports commend method to select machine models. This method can make the selecting direction defmitude and reduce workload The paper had organized the machines into groups in reasonable making the unites work in good situation basing on .the natureal resource of the Tiange corporation.In the research of optimizing equipment, we chose Linear Programming Method to compute machine system equipping through analyzing existing the equipping methods and the fact of Tiange corporation. The paper first brought forward adding the restrict equation of phrase working areas on the inproved model and then perfected it. Meanwhile the paper pointed o ut w hen we draw the farming p hrase on judging which price is high between the engines and tools. Draw a conclusion through comparing and analyzing the two schemes that the large-size scheme is superior to the small-size scheme in economy in a long time but the small-size scheme is superior to the large-size scheme in flexibility and sensitivity of machinery system.
