Research On The Development Of Housing Construction And Housing Conditions In Shenzhen

Housing stock is the most common architecture, as well as the architecture type which has the strongest impact on the city visage. Due to the geographic and historic specialty of Shenzhen SER, the housing stock development faces the task of continuous exploration and creation because of the lack of examples to follow. Then an evaluation on the development of housing construction and housing conditions in Shenzhen SER is given from two perspectives: social benefit and economic benefit. Last but not least, the prediction of the further development of housing construction in Shenzhen SER is provided.
