Establishment Mode And Method For Low-rent Housing System In City

In recent years, China's housing Market has developed very fast. However, compared with the housing needs of lowest-income families and the development of other social security systems, the housing security system for lowest-income families made out slowly. The construction of Lowest Living Security System are in face of a series of problems such as lack of capital etc.. The Low-rent house has been constructed just as the visual project in a short time by some local authorities who think little of system construction. For lack of steady capital source, most of the local governments pick up part of the capital from the increment of housing accumulation fund, or they get the capital by self-financing. However, all these capital is not enough to support the construction of Low-rent Housing System and the housing problems of lowest-income families turn into a difficult problem in the reformation of housing system.By understanding and analysing the housing security system, this dissertation brings forward some advice for the establishment of Low-rent Housing System in China considering the actual situation of China.
