After entering into the new century,the Chinese economy has developed rapidly with the acceleration of the city enlargement,in a result of the construction of security housing has been into the rapid development period,the number of investment and construction is increasing year by year,but our investment in the construction of affordable housing projects focused on the system and this paper takes the beneficial evaluation system of the guaranteed housing project as the direction of this research,and analysis of the background,significance and literature review of the research.In this paper,the evaluation of the overall benefit of the security housing has not been fully studied.And then use the analytic hierarchy process and the vague comprehensive evaluation method to design the evaluation index system of the security housing.Secondly,after constructing the evaluation system model,taking the G Village of the TuanBo city,T as an example,Through the application of hierarchical-Vague comprehensive evaluation method of the system model analysis to measure the scientific and feasibility of the evaluation project.Through the evaluation system,it is concluded that the evaluation results of the four indexes in the criterion layer are good and the final evaluation index is good.This conclusion is consistent with the case of empirical analysis,indicating the feasibility of the index system for the evaluation of the benefits of security housing projects.Therefore,the vague comprehensive price method is used to quantify the qualitative index,which avoids the subjectivity and one-sidedness of the benefit evaluation.Based on the above-mentioned hierarchical-vague comprehensive evaluation method,Project benefit evaluation can be applied to the evaluation,with good theoretical and practical significance.Safe-guard housing is our popular project,our country is vigorously promoting the protection of housing projects planning and construction,construction speed is accelerating.But there are various problems behind the rapid growth of the security housing project,so the perfect evaluation of security housing system for the future of the investment and construction of the project has a very important theoretical and practical significance.Therefore,the scientific and reasonable evaluation model of security housing project benefit is very important to improve the efficiency ofinvestment decision-making in affordable housing construction projects in China.Based on this,the evaluation of the effectiveness of safeguard housing should be the appropriated attention,as soon as possible to improve the effectiveness of the evaluation process,content and methods to ensure the effectiveness of security housing projects,as soon as the development and acceleration of the standardization,scientific and rationalization access.
