A Study On The ERP-based Manufacturing Costing Management Of Tianjin Auto Manufactory

Along with the rapid development of the economics globalization, the competition between the enterprises becomes intense. Every producer wants to provide productions and services with better quality and lower price. So the cost management, as the important component of the modern finance management, has got more and more attention of the producer.The emergence of the modern manufacturing technologies, especially the development of the information technologies, has caused profound change of the enterprise management model. In the new manufacturing environment, all the aspects of the traditional processes of the enterprise purchase and production will get great transformation, such as the quality and quantity control of the original materials, productions and the finished goods, etc. Accordingly, the accounting theory and method of the cost management, which formerly serviced for the traditional purchase and production and even for the decision-making of the enterprises, will be transformed.Through the discussion of evolvement and development of the modern finance system, especially of the modern cost management thinking, by contrast with the status quo of the enterprise cost management, this thesis points out that the study on the improvement of the cost management of manufacturing industries is very important. Based on this point, combining the status of Tianjin Motor Manufactory, this thesis mainly studies the ERP-based enterprise manufacturing cost management in the enterprise information environment.This thesis introduces ERP and the cost management, the enterprise cost management in the modern manufacturing environment. Firstly, it defines the conception of ERP system, and presents the cost management of ERP system and the establishing of the cost management model in the environment of ERP system. It also provides the ERP solution for the finance management system.This thesis discusses the design and application of the ERP cost management system and the establishing of the theory and model of it. Based on the systems analysis, this thesis also discusses the design and realization of the development environment and system of the ERP cost management system.Finally, combining with the case of implementation of the ERP manufacturing cost management of Tianjin Motor manufactory, this thesis presents the application plan and the operation details of the ERP manufacturing cost management of Tianjin Motor manufactory.
