The Research Of SD Enterprise's Informatization Strategy Planning

SEM is fresh troops that are promoting the development of our national economy. After our country jointed WTO, more and more SEMs have recognized that implement informatization is necessary condition to strengthen enterprise's competitions power and compete in international market. But, with the rapid development of our countries SME informatization, more and more SME have got into "IT Black Hole", which it mainly result of SME lack holistic informatization strategy.The research aim of this thesis is to formulate SD Company's informatization strategy. Firstly, it expatiates on general situation and enterprise-wide strategy of SD Company. With the theories & methods of the strategic management, the industry environment that SD Company lies in, the company resources and competitive capacities are analyzed in detail. Secondly, with the method of the information engineering, the paper analyzes the present state of SD Company's informatization, and then describes the whole environment of informatization and the development trend of enterprise informatization. Thirdly, with the method of SCF and BSP, the paper plans the information system of SD Company, and applies the BPR theory to analyze the key processes and organization structure. Finally, on the basis of current information system, the goal of the paper is to build the advantage of low cost and to support the whole strategy of SD company through building the "turn round & develop" of informatization strategy and the whole integral information architecture.The research ways and conclusion of this thesis not only direct SD Company informatization, but also supply some references to other SMEs.
