What's more, paying much more attention on analyzing the effect of market condition on the developmental strategy and the meaning of the enterprise core competition, as well as facing the changeable rival condition and the ability of top management in course of the development and carrying on the multi-strategies. According to analyzing the exist and development of the small and medium-sized enterprise, using the scientific theory into inner and outer of enterprise's condition, seizing the chance, adjusting the inner source which includes controlling the cost, increasing productivity, exploiting new production, expanding new market, raising the ability of management, we can create and maintain these competitive advantages. The enterprise tries to make full use of the source by rectifying and reforming, and expand the production scale in capital structure and technical field , then strengthen the core competition ability . Nowadays, We live in a country, full of fierce market competition, which at the same time carries out the policy "stressing the big and loosening the small". After accessing to WTO, boiler and pressure container manufacture industry faces the right time of chances and risks. Such the small enterprise as GH machinery factory, it only calls into play the core competition, makes out the suitable strategy, carries on the action to have its own way to exist and develop.
