Though it had been a joint venture, now it has no advantage in the competition of market economy because of the national system. This article focuses on strypped-down & innovation of HT company, sees about the history of ceramics, analyses the situation of internal & external market and operation environment outside, brings up and compares two plans that one for the whole strypped-down and the other for the part strypped-down. HT Company has thought the latter is better and put it into practice. More over this article discusses the innovations of the different stock-right structure organization structure and management model between the new company and HT company, forecasts the developing trend of two companies, at last it sums up the results of the new company which has run for half a year almost.The experience and practice of HT company is a good example for reference andplays an exemplary role.
