A Discussion On The Human Rights Of The Minority Nationality In Guangxi

No matter what nation, big or small, strong or weak, should own the human rights. The Marxist view of the human rights protecting the national self-determination and equality, helping the national minority develop the economy, politics, and culture, etc, to develop the human rights, are the guiding ideology of our study and the social practice.The human rights of Guangxi minority nationality go through a way from the close, backward, original state to the progressive stage before liberation. The human rights of Guangxi national under-civilized minority are influenced and limited by the natural and social environment of the existence and development.Before the social violent change, the national minority in Guangxi were oppressed and discriminated by the feudal class, landlord, and the unscrupulous merchants, as well as by the thearchy, clan power, authority of the husband or the patriarchy, and the Shi Pai Zhi. The human rights were characterized as in a low ,primitive and unbalanced level.Miaozu and Yaozu's human rights have changed a lot after the human rights of the national minority were civilized by Guo Min Dang, and investigated by the sociologist. The policy and practice carried out in Guangxi minority nationality area by Guo Min Dang, influenced the human rights development. But in general speaking, the productive and livehood situation was changed in primitive backward nation ,such as Yaozu, it laid a foundation for the awareness of the human rights, from primitive to modern, class-for-itself to conscious.The human rights of the minority nationality in Guangxi have changed a lot, and made great achievements since the foundation of the new China. But it still exists some un-neglected problems. The national minority's human rights in Guangxi went through a complicated tortuous 30 years. The party and country including Guangxi autonomous region government carry out self-government policy to protect the political rights of the minority nationality after liberation, make the unity convention, ban the privilege, acknowledge the national distinction, abolish the discriminating appellation, respect the human dignity of the minority nationality, realize the democracy and equality, carry out land reform and basic installations to promote the economy and ensure the rights of existence and development, set government purchasing system, establish the supply and marketing co-operative, the government help the national minority develop the trading, improve the live hood, promote the human rights level of the minority nationality, develop the culture\education and hygiene, ensure the national minority of the education, culture and health in Guangxi. A part of the minority live steadily from a roving life, realized the development of the human rights in essence. The human rights cause was being developed and perfected since the reform and opening-up. It paves a way for having simply adequate food and clothing, getting rid of the poverty, and living a respectful life, creates a new time to the human rights protection as the reform of the economical, political system, especially as the establishment of the market economy and the implement of governing according to the law.
