Ethnic Relations In The Urbanization Process

As a multi-national country,nationality relationship is a complex and sensitive topic,equal,united,mutual and harmonious nationalities relationship is the basis of building China into a moderately prosperous society and the key point of building harmonious society.With the development of reforming and opening-up policy and urbanization progress,it is obvious that urbanization progress increases affiliation between different nationalities and advances harmonious development of nationality relationship.What is more,great changes of nationality relationship structure has taken place,such as complication of nationality relationship.However,different nationalities have their own unique traditional culture which is obviously national and regional.From the above perspective,the difference between nationalities will inevitably pose certain influence on nationality relationship and society stabilization. So it is of great value to make research on nationality relationship during urbanization progress which will push the development of city nationality work and strengthening nationality solidification.Based on the current condition of nationality problems in our country in recent years,taking Shanghai as an example,the paper makes deep analysis of nationality problems during urbanization progress.The main reasons of nationality problems from subjective and external levels are demonstrated.And aiming at the above reasons corresponding suggestions and strategies are put forward.
