The supply level of rural public goods is a very important index which reflects the social and economical development level in rural areas . An enough and effective supply of rural public goods is of momentous significance to alleviating the burden of farmers and promoting the sustainable development of rural areas . The author claims that only when the policy and system obstacles of developing the urban and rural areas as a whole are abolished and we have built a good and corporative relationship among the Government Market and The Third Sector , can the problem be solved effectively . Meanwhile, we must safeguard it with rigorous law and system arrangement.
