Achieving coordinative development on urban and rural areas about economic society is the important content of building comprehensively well-off and harmonious society. Since reform and opening up, China's national economic and social development has made great progress, the national economy has been strengthened, construction of public infrastructure has been accelerated, but the allocation of social resource elements and financial resources allocation inclined mainly to industrial and urban, to make the urban-rural gap widen and urban-rural dual structure obvious, the "SAN NONG " questions become the outstanding problems in China's social and economic development.The rural public goods is the basis of sustainable development in rural areas, the enhancement in effective supply level and efficiency of rural public goods not only helps rural sustainable development, but also has great practical significance for realizing coordinative development of economic society on urban and rural areas and the sustainable development of society and economy as a whole.This article studies the problems of supply of public goods in rural areas in the context of the abolition of agricultural tax. Firstly, this paper makes the thinking of the Marxism political economics about the public expenditure is the basic function of the country as the starting point, defines the concept of the public products, expounds the research status of public goods theory and public choice theory, then carries out in-depth analysis on the history changes and current situation of the supply of rural public goods, on which the author finds out four main problems existing : first, the central input is not enough, and fiscal resources of county and township government is scarce; second, the regional launch of public goods is unreasonable; third, supply system reform exists negative effects; the fourth, the supply and demand of rural public goods exists some intervention. Again, the author analyzes the supply mechanism of rural public goods in developing countries and developed countries respectively, and concludes the beneficial inspirations; Finally, the author puts forward several suggestions and countermeasures on improvement of the supply on rural public goods: increasing support of public finance to provide the rural public goods, building a reasonable public goods launching mechanism, organizing regional grassroots farmers to participate in democratic decision-making on supply of public goods, and providing legal protection for the diversification of rural public product supplier.
