IT Service is a kind of service with which an IT enterprise provide customers with information-based solution by using IT technology, IT Service is a strategy that an IT enterprise should take under the enviroment of the newly-formed market.It has important meaning for IT enterprises to study IT Service - the tactics on the market, especially when the structure of IT market has changed enormously and enterprises are facing more competition pressure after China's WTO entry. Based on the primary theory of IT Service, this text has proposed two theory of IT Services ?T theory and CCR theory, and then research separately on the four basic factors of IT Services: Environment. Market. Client and Technology support. First of all, this text has studied the developing state of IT Services, development trend and benefit in the future both at home and abroad. Secondly, After using SWOT to research the environment of IT enterprises, this text points out that IT enterprises can grow up and develop only after a successful transition to IT Services, and it also research on customers ~ the objects of IT Services through STP, has introduced the customer's demand in detail: System Integration, E-Business, E-Politics. Finally, through the research on technical support of IT Service, it expounds that only with abundant technology human resources, core technologies and products can IT enterprises afford full services.Nowadays, IT Service has already become one of the important strategy of IT enterprises abroad, and has already evolved into standards, IT enterprises have their own IT Service standardization. IT Services is still in the understanding step in China. Different understanding can lead directly to different results concerning deployment of IT Services and development of IT enterprises, even the future and destiny of enterprises. This text expounds the importance of the transition and how to successfully make the transition from the research of four basic factors of IT Services: Environmen, Market, Client and Technology support. At the end of this text, some IT Services strategy are be raised.
