The Research On Jianghua Power Company Competitiveness

The environment of state-owned power enterprises has changed due to the new successful reform of system. Two actions, separating net from enterprises and bidding for net, have been put into force,which mark the opening of electricity area and the setting up of the market of power. There will be a heated competition among the power enterprises as a result of the break of monopoly. It is of great importance for us to analyses the situation and study the competition of companies because there will be a great impact on the state-owned power enterprises.The thesis probes into different theories in competition of enterprises, analyses their limit aspects, and defines the basic concepts of competition of enterprise. In allusion to the speciality of state-owned power companies, the paper, from inside and outside, summarises some elements, which affect the competiton. A new train of thought, which based on dimensionality and intensity, are mentioned. The effection of government on state-owned power enterprises is emphasized, and necessary supplements are probed.To combine the theories and practices, the thesis gives a demonstration analysis on a typical state-owned power enterprise, Jianghua power company. The study based on three points. Firstly, it analyses the internal and external factors that affect the competition. Secondly, the paper sets up a more reasonable evaluation model, as well as a series of targets. And finally, a qualitatively analysis is carried out. Some advices are put forward in the thesis to help enterprises to improve their competition. The model, targets and evaluation methods in the paper have commonness, which can be used for reference in enterprise of other trade.
