The Modern Enterprise Cooperation And Competition With The Joint Development Of Strategic Research

Along with change of manufacture mode and new characteristic of society economy, as well as appearance of new economy theory, the new change of corporation's competitive mode is appeared. So, enterprise should adopt the stratagem of cooperative with competition & associated with development. It is important that the Synergetics and Game Theory may analyze the corporation's competition, and educed the strategic that the enterprise should adopt the theory of the cooperative with competition & associated with development.At first, this thesis introduces the new characteristic and some correlative theory; later elicits any instruments that the enterprise adapted the marketable competition----Merger, Reorganization, Strategic alliance etc., and these are the mostly embodiment & mode of the cooperation with competition theory. The cooperative game is the major economic theory, and how to use this theory to analyze the competition development is the main content of this thesis. Finally, this study discusses the specialties meaning that China Corporation adopted the stratagem of cooperative with competition & associated with development.
