Long periods of applies and produces at Chinese Medicines in China, The CM is honored as "Chinese treasure" by foreign country. The CM industry is origined in china traditional medicines and improved by modern technology in last years. With the deepening of revolution and open policy, the industry developed rapidly and formed a new increase point of nation economic. Compared with developed industry of Asian country, for example, Japan and Korea, our weakening is discovered. Faced the situations of WTO, we will decrease the tax rate of foreign trade from high rate to 6%-6.5% on CM industry in 3-5 years, the interior market will open to other country.
