A Study About The Combination Of Industrial And Financial Capital In Chinese Market Economy

The combination of industrial and financial capital means the integration of capital within the industry departments and financial departments; it is an effective way to accelerate the concentration of capital. With the deepening of the market reform and the entry of WTO, affected by the integration of economy and finance, the impact of free economy, and the close relation to the global financial market, enterprises and financial industry are faced with the problems of strengthening their power, meeting the international convention, and taking part in the global competition. Under the current market situation of our country, the integration of enterprises and financial industry can meet such an urgent demand.In this article, I reviewed the history of the integration of industry and finance and analyzed the current situation of the financial industry in our country, studied this new form of capital operation, analyzed its advantages and disadvantages to enterprises and financial industry in our country, did some research on its necessity, the way of combination and its steps and conditions, and provided some helpful advice to its development in our country.
