On Research Of Policy Structure On Small And Medium-sized Enterprises Of Our Country

Exactly so, small and medium-sized enterprises need the government to offer support urgently. Existing research was mainly carried on about the small and medium-sized enterprises' behavior such as financing, technology innovation, etc in the course of development, so as to consult external experience to put forward some policies.But the greatest characteristic of policy is systematicness, as a kind of resource, policies should be disposed rationally. The research focal point of this article is that the key of solving the problem does not lie in policies is in large quantity, but lie in the policy structure is rational. On the basis of defining the policy, this text descripts current situation of policy on small and medium-sized enterprises in our country describe at first and analyzes the defect of the policy and analyze the defect of the policies. Then during the process of probing into policy system, this article draws a conclusion: because risk is the central question in the course that the small and medium-sized enterprises develop themselves, creating a good environment helping to reduce the risk expectancy of small and medium-sized enterprises and other marketing subject. At the same time, this article have analyzed the risk characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises .At last, based on great system theory, this article make out the preliminary imagination about the policy system, especially emphases the choice of the leading policy.
