The Development Of The Regional Logistics Under Electronic Business

Logistics has developed very rapidly since we fetched in it from Japan in the end of 1970,especially in the last years, the speed of the development of it becomes more and more rapid. Now, the research of the theory and practice about logistics becomes a pop topic. But, we spend more much time in studying the Enterprise Logistics and ignore the research of the Regional Logistics. From the view of the regional economy development, the sustainable development of economy asks for the transformation from the rationalization of the single enterprise logistics to the rationalization of the Regional Logistics. So it is very important to research the theory of the microcosmic logistics as well as the theory of the macroscopic and Regional Logistics.This paper puts the emphases on the research of the development about Regional Logistics and the center of it under the environment of Electronic Business on the base of the situation of our country after comparing some successful experiences and measures in some regions. Five parts are included in this paper.Part 1 introduces the concept and characteristic of the modem Logistics and the Regional Logistic, and analyses the center of the Regional Logistics 's effect to the development of the society.Part 2 analyses the goal and environment about Logistics' development firstly, then introduces the status about Logistics - the Regional Logistics and the center of the Regional Logistics, lastly, the import or developing them is pointed out.Part 3 puts the emphasis on constituting the model of the center of The Regional Logistics and takes Wu Han as the example to computer and analyses it.Part 4 analyses the conditions of establishing the center of the Regional Logistics in Wu Han and its advantages and shortages in the process of establishing it.Part 5 discusses the direction of the development of Logistics, the Regional Logistics and the center of the Regional Logistics firstly, then puts forward some measures and opinions to the development of it.It is the necessary to develop Logistics, at the beginning of its development, the rational development of the Regional Logistics and the center of the Regional Logistics is very important to all the Logistics, we should spend more time and energy on researching it.
