At the present time in our country, developing FDI (foreign direct investment) help to expand the foreign trade of our country , help to utilize the foreign resources , is favorable to the industrial structure adjustment of our country effectively, make the economy of our country incorporate in the economic globalization. But all in all, enterprises of our country are still in just starting stage of the foreign direct investment at present . The way ahead is long and the frustration is rugged. In this case, the government should play the leading role to adjust the policy in time, strengthen it to support transnational investment of enterprise. The government should transform the encouraging means into the system.
