Research On The Role Of The Q Town Government In Jiangsu Province In The Economic Development Of The Headquarters

Against the backdrop of economic globalization and the information revolution,my country's urban development process is accelerating,and the headquarters economy has gradually appeared in the eyes of the public as a new economic form.As a new growth pole,the headquarters economy has been valued by governments at all levels.As the key construction town in the country,Q Town,Jiangsu Province,because of its unique geographical advantages,industrial advantages,and the advantages of many overseas talents,vigorously developing the headquarters economy has become one of the paths for the town to achieve high-quality economic development.Objectively speaking,although the economic development of the headquarter of Q Town in Jiangsu Province has been effective,the economic development of the headquarter still faces many obstacles due to the lack of public service awareness,unclear development concepts,and lack of communication with enterprises.This article takes Q Town of Jiangsu Province as the research object,and mainly explores the role of the township government in the economic development of the headquarters from the following three aspects: First,combined with objective data,the background of the development of the headquarters economy of Q Town in Jiangsu Province is introduced and based on The Seven Principles of New Public Service outlines the role,problems and causes of the Q town government in Jiangsu Province in the current stage of headquarters economic development.Secondly,it summarizes the economic development experience of the headquarter economy in Jiangdong District,Qingdao City and Qingyang District of Chengdu City,Ningbo City,and combs the experiences that can be learned from the development of the headquarters economy in Q Town,Jiangsu Province.Third,on the basis of clarifying the general and specific ideasof the economic development of the headquarters of the Q town government in Jiangsu Province,and under the guidance of the seven principles of new public services,it is proposed that the Q town government of Jiangsu Province should reduce the agglomeration cost of the headquarters and formulate a development plan as a whole,Build an enterprise communication mechanism,strengthen industrial coupling development,improve the hardware and software environment,improve the personnel training mechanism and supporting preferential policies to further optimize the work.
