Research On The Role Of Government In The Mental Home Care Service In China

The rapid development of China's economy,the improvement of population life expectancy and the decline of the birth rate,the aging of China's population has gradually deepened in these years.At the same time,China's traditional old-age care model is being affected by the changes in family structure and is difficult to sustain.The booming big data,Internet of Things,cloud computing and other modern new technologies have brought new opportunities to solve the current old-age problems in China.In this context,the wisdom home care service came into being,bringing new ideas to the solution of China's pension problem.This paper uses the literature research method,comparative analysis method and interdisciplinary research method to study the role of the Chinese government in the smart home care service under the guidance of public product theory,new public service theory and multi-center governance theory.In order to study the role of the government in the smart home care service,we must first define the meaning of the smart home care service and the role of the government,and give the theoretical basis for the government to participate in the smart home care service.Secondly,it focuses on the analysis of the status quo of government roles in the smart home care service in China,and finds out the improper performance of government roles in policy supervision,concept propaganda,resource integration and transformation services in China's smart home care service,and focuses on the wisdom.The reasons for the improper use of government roles in home care services.Third,sum up and learn from the successful experiences of the governments of Japan,the United Kingdom,and Singapore,and the governments of Wuzhen,Hangzhou,and Xiamen in China,and point out that the government's role in China's government is inappropriate,and pointed out that the Chinese government should become a rule-maker idea leaders,resource providers,pensioners and service regulators in the smart home care service.In this paper,through the research on the role of the Chinese government in the smart home care service,the government can accurately locate its role and actively perform its functions in the smart home care service,thus promoting the construction of the smart home care service system.
