Study On Public Participation Mechanism In Environmental Law

Public Participation is a basic mechanism for government to enforce laws and regulations, as well as constituting and performing policies. Through modulating the different and conflicting interests, Public Participation promote the, public to realize their welfare. The public participation minimize the gap between the public and government and then promote the cooperation between them. Ultimately, this mechanism is designed to improve the government's administrative capacities, therefore, the public interests will be protected.After analyzing the character and function of Public Participation, the author discussed ne principal of enforcing this mechanism, the rule of-Association and the Information Publication in the course of Public Participation.
