Through 20 years of fast development, China has been developed some famous household electrical appliance brand. The market in China becomes smaller since they have increasingly enlarged their capability of production. It seems no choice for them except developing oversea market. At the same time, many multi-national companies amend their strategy in Chinese household electrical appliance market so as to develop their market. Competition goes through everywhere in the world. Chinese companies start to make a clear strategy aim when they are going to develop oversea market more smoothly. From the start, we analyze the local market share of Chinese household appliances as well as the oversea market. In addition to it, how to locate Chinese company strength and weakness is one of the most important points in this section. However, the analysis at this part is just the foundation of the continuing part. Actually, we strive to find methods to build strategy for the Chinese company when they begin their travel of oversea operation. For this purpose, analyzing the case from other developing country shows essential on this point. Consequently, a suitable case about LG electronics was presented in this article as well" as other famous household appliance brand. Although case analyzing is quite helpful for us, it is not easy to build a clear strategy for the company. We should try to find a successful case of Chinese company about developing oversea market and use it as the model. Lucky, some companies give rise to great ideal to us. We not only build a clear strategy from all this points but also develop it as the methods for Chinese company. The strategy includes developing our own brand and building the factory in the country around us, purchasing other famous brand in developedcountry.Some hard questions such as how to deal with cross-culture management of Chinese company did not discuss in this article. As a matter of fact, the other question how to compete with multi-national company is really important for us. All these matters need many people's contribution to this industry. We know that we have a long way to catch the developed country and the famous multi-national companies.
