Large Household Electrical Appliance Enterprises In China, Multinational Business Strategy Discussion

The situation our large household electric enterprises face is pressing. This dissertation puts forward that transnational management is very important for the development of our large household electric enterprises. As our large household electric enterprises learn little about transnational management, this dissertation raises new strategic train of thought of transnational management after careful analysis.Focusing on transnational management strategy, this dissertation does research in the situation our large household electric enterprises face, the necessity and ability of transnational management and the strategic train of thought and specific strategy of transnational management. Theory analysis, statistical model and strategic model are used to study the content.After careful analysis, this dissertation thinks that it is quite necessary for our large household electric enterprises to carry transnational management. And our large household electric enterprises have the competency.
