The Research Of Enterprise Management Mode

The first chapter of the article introduced the concept of management model, and reviewed the development history of management theory and management mode, summarized the characters and main theory of each management mode in different period of history, including 'science management', 'bureaucratic structure, 'inter-person relation', 'jungle of management', strategic management and so on. In chapter 2, comparison of traditional and modern management mode was made to find difference between them, and the new development trend of nowadays management was also investigated. At last, modern management mode was summarized into 3 levels: the management of simple division of function, the management of complex division of function and integrated management and the 4 characters of modern management mode: globalization, people orientation, knowledge management and 4-satisfaction were also discussed here. In chapter 3, first some background information of author's company was introduced, then, the management mode of author's company was analyzed through various angles like company strategy, culture environment, HR management, marketing and product etc. After the analysis of the current management problem, a set of new management mode which suits for the company was put forward based on the characters of modern management mode.
