Risk management is an indispensable part of project management in engineering. Effective risk management can avoid the chance of risk or reduce the losses of risk. Along with the continuous expand of reform and open in our country, the investment scale of engineering project is increasing with the result of the longer period and the increasing uncertainty. Construction industry is faced with various risks. So strengthening the special study of risk management is very important to advance risk consciousness of managers, to master risk identifying technology, to develop the level of risk evaluation and analysis, to cope with the risk in time, to advance the management level of our country and to increase the investment and construction benefit.The thesis focuses on the research of construction benefit risk, follow out the study route of identifyings, analyses, calculate and control in risk problem, my study pay attention to ameliorate and innovate the originally methods. Based on characteristic of construction, in the tache of risk identify, adopt the method of muti–dimension breakdown. Make use of Influence–Diagram combined with Fuzzy Mathematics to calculate risk. Aim at the problem of difficult to evaluate the result of risk calculate, based on the Efficacy–Theory, the thesis bring forward the evaluate method of predictability. At last, in order to settle the problem of lack of foundation to frame plan of risk–control, the thesis go along with the study of controllability and fabricate the Efficacy–Function of controllability.Through the theory study of this thesis, the paper establishes the direct relation between risk management and Construction–Benefit. Secondly and ameliorates technique method of risk management, and gives the utility function predictability and controllability. The outcome will help to identify and calculate risk exactly and easily, and realize the predictability and controllability of risk management. The thesis has strong practicality and will significantly improve the old risk theory and research method.Studies of the thesis are expected to make for improving level of risk management and reducing loss of Construction–Benefit, also contribute to perfect theory of risk management.
