Research On Combination Evaluation On The Basis Of Methods Set

The systematic comprehensive evaluation is one of the important steps of management decision, which purpose is to impel systematic harmony and development. This thesis is mainly to explore the evaluation criterion and methods. Though Chinese and foreign scholars have put forward a great deal of feasible systematic evaluation methods, yet the single evaluation method have following three respects waited for solving at least both in theory and application at present. Firstly, the study of applications of methods is seldom carried out; Secondly there is the issue of inconsistency of conclusions when multiple methods is adopted to appraise the same object; Thirdly the theories and practice of evaluation research are broken off, and the former is seldom put into practice. There are three research purposes in this thesis: the first one is to solve the suitability problem of the single appraisal method, that's to analyze the mechanisms, advantages and shortcomings, suitable appraisal field, etc. of method; the second is to solve inconsistency problem of appraise conclusions. Combination of various kinds of methods can get the result of learning from other's strong points to offset one's weaknesses, and can also receive some good nature. Another purpose is to set up one basic frame of combination appraisal application in terms of methodology. Study the elemental tasks from the second to third chapter. The main researches include: Adopt cause-effect and statistic analytical methods to analyze the origin cause of incompatibility by multiple methods at first, and divide all the methods into three levels to make combination research up separately: (1)The commonly-used compatible evaluation methods set; (2)Special-attributes evaluation methods set; (3) comprehensive appraisal methods of methodology level.Chapter four proposes the combination evaluation based on the commonly-used compatible methods set. When carry on research of drifting degree of single method, utilize systematic emulation method to turn out various targets first; Increase the inside effect-degree by controlling the variations data of distribution law of experiment sample at the same time; The design of random experiment adopts " Saloman's many group's experiment schemes "; The combination methods include: optimize technologies, statistical analysis technology, game theory analyze, the theory of rough set, etc.. And carry on positive researches of many representative appraisal fields. On the basis of computer simulation, put forward the concept of "re-evaluation" and set up experiential formula, to offer experience guidance in practice.Chapter five put forward that, on the basis of the forming course of system, evaluation under the changeable circumstances and other qualitative methods of methodology level, integrate the various fields knowledge (qualitative analysis knowledge ) faced complicated decision question into relevant knowledge of models (quantitative analysis knowledge ) to solve complicated problem, is to combine the simulation evaluation, dynamic appraisal , evaluation of expert groups and other train of thought with commonly-used appraisal method. Finally in chapter six summarize and obtain the basic theories and methods of combination evaluation on the basis of method integration. At last we can draw the conclusion: the combination evaluations are more scientific, rational and practicable than single appraisal methods in practice.
